I am considering joining. Considering.

And considering offering up my mentally addled character, p.Jesse. But I would like to know- are there limitations on the characters? Do they have to fit a certain plot or have certain powers or such? Is the club just to commemorate insanity or does it involve a plot of the characters in this Bloodfall Asylum?

Sorry for my rambling questions, I tend to do that.
